New library computers

You’ve probably noticed the new public computers in the library.   These computers foreshadow what will be a reality in our renovated library.  These computers include a sound card.  You may listen to digital streaming services like the Naxos Music Library from any library computer.   Each PC includes a DVD player as well.  Headphones are available at the circulation desk for in-house us.  Enjoy!

    Can I do email on the library computers? Can I write papers too? :)

    Hi David, Thanks for your question. Due to the limited number of library computer and our desire to keep a “study friendly” environment, we prefer that emailing and word processing be accomplished in the CIM computer lab. We prefer to keep the library computers available for research purposes…like searching the library catalog, research databases and the Internet. ~ Bonnie
