Before/After – Glass Lounge

May 17, 2007

This room was initially designed as a lounge for faculty members and for post-concert receptions. At some point, the growing library collection made it’s way into the lounge. It has served as a quiet study area for many years. In it’s next incarnation, the “Glass lounge” will host the new library entrance, circulation desk, casual seating area, and a staircase to the lower level (which was installed in the summer of 2006).
